Solidariedade entre amigos: Nosso Lar de Volta!

[in English immediately below]O objetivo desta campanha é arrecadar parte do dinheiro necessário para reconstrução do lar do Sérgio, Camila e Valentina. O fogo destruiu aberturas, piso, forro, algumas paredes, parte do telhado, além de todos móveis, roupas, fotos, documentos, utensílios e pertences. O orçamento realizado para reforma da casa é de aproximadamente R$ 135.000,00 (material e mão de obra), além do custo que existirá para equipar a casa.A violência e a crueldade nos chocam, mas cremos na capacidade de recomeço que esta família querida por tantos tem. A ajuda dos amigos fará (e já está fazendo) toda a diferença para mais esta superação. Aqui, a Camila relata o fato ocorrido:"Enquanto curtíamos, eu, meu pai, minha irmã e meu namorado, nossas esperadas férias, invadiram nossa casa em Porto Alegre e após roubarem apenas 2 TVs e um notebook, botaram fogo na casa toda. Incêndio criminoso. Perdemos (quase) tudo. Parece surreal. Como diz meu pai: a chance disso acontecer é a mesma chance de o avião que tu estás, cair. Mas a chance está ali, pequena, mas está. Sim, estamos todos bem. Não havia ninguém na casa e uma santa vizinha nossa acolheu nossos 2 cachorros desesperados. Aquela casa foi onde eu nasci e cresci, junto ao meu pai, minha mãe e minha irmã. Nunca imaginei que isso fosse acontecer conosco. O sentimento de dor, tristeza e medo vai permanecer por uns tempos também, mas faz parte do fortalecimento que a vida está fazendo a gente passar. Dizem que esse tipo de coisa só acontece com os fortes. Somos fortes suficientes para nos unir novamente e, de cabeça erguida, sair dessa. Só que dessa vez, vamos precisar de um pouco mais de ajuda dos nossos familiares e amigos. Por isso, juntamente com as minhas irmãs Mônica, Simone, Mariane e Julia, estamos arrecadando dinheiro para reconstruir a nossa casa, o nosso lar. O valor sentimental que a casa tem vale tanto que não podemos apenas abandonar ela depois do ocorrido. Precisamos da ajuda de todos que estiverem dispostos a ajudar. Our family needs some solidarity considering that the fire destroyed practically everything. See details on the video below. Our goal is to collect some funds to rebuild Sergio, Camila and Valentina’s house. The fire destroyed windows and doors, flooring, walls, part of the roof, furniture, clothes, photos, documents, kitchenware and all belongings. The cost to just rebuild the house is approximately $ 135,000.00 Brazilian Reais for material and labor, plus the cost for furniture. The violence and cruelty shocked us, but we believe in the love of our family and in so many that love us, and in our ability to start all over again.  Our friends and family’s help will make all the difference in overcoming this tragedy. Below Camila describes what happened on Jan 31st, 2017: “While my father, my sister, myself and my boyfriend were enjoying our long awaited vacation, our house in Porto Alegre was invaded and 2 televisions and a notebook were stolen, and then our house was set on fire. A criminal act. We lost (almost) everything. It sounds surreal. As my father says, the chance of something like this happening is the same chance of dying in an airplane accident. The chance is there, a small chance, but it exists. We are all fine.  Nobody was in the house, and a nice neighbor rescued our two desperate dogs. This was the house where I was born and grew up, together with my father, my mother and my sister.  I never imagined this could happen to us. The pain, sadness and fear will remain with us for a while, but it will also make us stronger.  The saying says that things like this only happen to strong people. We are strong enough to be united again, and with our heads up high, we will overcome this situation. However, at this time, we need a little more help from our friends and family. Thus, together with my sisters Monica, Simone, Mariane, Julia and Valentina, we are trying to collect some funds to rebuild our house, our home. The sentimental value of our house is so important that we cannot simply abandon it. We need the help of those who are willing to help.
