Pearls of Thailand é um projeto que resgata mulheres vítimas de exploração sexual na Tailândia 🇹🇭 

Hoje a Tailândia é um dos países com maior número de tráfico humano e exploração sexual de mulheres. Nós atuamos diretamente resgatando essas mulheres. Elas participam do nosso programa onde elas saem das ruas, aprendem uma nova profissão em nossa confeitaria, confecção de bolsas e bijuterias. 

Essas mulheres chegam completamente quebradas, então nós também atuamos no processo de cura interior, acompanhamento psicológico, e o principal: um discipulado intenso, onde elas aprendem mais sobre Jesus e são conectadas a uma igreja local. 

Hoje parte dos nossos staffs vieram das ruas também e hoje trabalham resgatando outras. 🙌🏻

Não temos muita ajuda financeira, aliás as próprias tailandesas muitas vezes que ajudam para que o projeto sobreviva. 

Hoje temos cerca de 6 mulheres esperando para entrarem em nosso programa. Mas não temos como resgatar elas. Criamos essa vaquinha para levantar o valor necessário para conseguirmos tirar essas mulheres e dar uma nova vida para elas de liberdade! 

Esse valor é correspondente para o programa de resgate de 6 mulheres em nosso projeto.

Thailand today is one of the top destinations for human trafficking and sexual exploitation.Realizing that, we decided to say yes to the Lord's call.

Every week we go out to the darkest places looking for God’s precious pearls.These women come to us completely broken, in need of a transformation that only Jesus Christ can give.

Then they can join our rescue  program in our ministry center.

For 3 months these women stay with us. They learn a new skill like baking, sewing and making jewelry. They also learn English and go through an intense discipleship process. We also provide a psychological support for them.

After the program they are empowered and able to walk a new journey with Jesus in their lives.

It has been a privilege for us to see the transformation of these women.

Pearls of Thailand is more than a social project, it is a place of refuge for these women, a place where they discover a new path of hope!

There are so many challenges. The statistics are staggering, there is still a lot of work to get done.

We are fighting head on and we count on the church of Christ to have our backs, and be part of what the Lord is doing in Thailand.
