Help me to return to São Paulo with my special son Arthur.

I am alone with my special son Arthur in an apartment I inherited, Arthur is very Special, has Down Syndrome, Deafness and cannot see in one eye.I came in 2016 to Pernambuco because my Mother, who didn't love me, promised me a property, when in the end I was in this apartment with my Wife, Arthur and our youngest, the apartment was in her name and not mine, if I left I'd lose, I'm an Artist, celebrities have my paintings, but in Pernambuco no one knew me, I sold "empadinhas" mini salted pies  in  the market Extra of  Candeias Pernambuco since then, the market Extra  never forbade me to work there , Jane did and I sold, my mother died of covid19 in 2020 without leaving a will, but I never had anything and I inherited this property, and from a brother and an imam (I don't speak to them) I have rights over the properties, nothing is left of her property, that's all, and I don't want anything from anyone, I need to sell it to pay the notary's of this property which is 10 thousand reais from here and the other two relatives (I prefer to call it that) they don't have money for  the registry office and only I want to sell my apartment , so everyone signs and the properties will have the name of each registered owner, I'm on edge with Arthur, Jane went to São Paulo to work as a Chef because we owed the condo, it turns out that God blessed and I got a client in Canada for a digital art and we paid what we owed, but Jane had covid19  in SP ,she is okay now but with sequelae, blood pressure was reaching 25 and diabetes 500, but she is being taken care of in São Paulo. Last year Arthur had to go to the hospital, I carried him in my arms, he is 27 years old and I injured his spine, I am better now but if I force something, the pain returns, we are in a critical situation, Arthur is having trouble peeing,  the penis glues the entrance that comes out te urine ,He was going to operate when I sold the salted pies,he had  health plan but couldn't with the pandemic, and we lost the plan without the sales of the pies, the 50 thousand reais ( 9.518,19 dolar)  I ask is to be able to pay the notary 10 thousand reais ( 1.903,17 Dolar) of each that gives 30 thousand reais  ( 5.709,50 dolar) , and 20 thousand reais ( 3.806,33 Dólar) to go back and with hope we rent something and I leave the property in the hands of a brokerage that we know or to sell or before they sell rent, I'm stuck here with Arthur, I don't talk to anyone in the building, but thanks to God there are beautiful people everywhere and Pernambuco is no different,  love filters out any lack of love. Help me to be with my wife Jane again and Arthur his mother, that in the succession of days the longing has been hitting with such force. Eu estou só com meu filho especial Arthur num apartamento que herdei, Arthur é muito Especial, tem Síndrome de Down, Surdez e não enxerga de um dos olhos. Vim em 2016 pois minha Mãe que não me amava me prometeu um imóvel, quando em fim estava nele com minha Esposa , Arthur e nosso caçula, estava no nome dela e não no meu, se saísse eu perdia, eu sou um Artista, celebridades tem minhas pinturas, mas em Pernambuco ninguém me conhecia, vendi empadas no Extra de Candeias desde então, nunca o Extra me impediu de nada,Jane fazia e eu vendia, minha Mãe morreu de covid19 em 2020 sem deixar testamento, mas eu nunca tive nada e esse imóvel herdei, e de um irmão e de uma imã(não falo com eles)  tenho direitos sobre os imóveis , nada restou dos bens dela, só isso, e eu não quero nada de ninguém, eu preciso vender para pagar o cartório desse imóvel que é 10 mil reais daqui e dos outros dois parentes(prefiro chamar assim) eles não tem o cartório e só eu quero vender, então todos assinam e os imóveis ficam livres. Eu estou no limite com Arthur, Jane foi para São Paulo para trabalhar como Chef pois devíamos o condomínio, acontece que Deus abençoou e consegui uma cliente no Canadá para uma Arte digital e pagamos o que devíamos,  mas Jane teve covid19, em SP ficou boa, mas com sequelas, a pressão estava chegando a 25 e a diabetes a 500, mas está tendo cuidados em SP. Ano passado Arthur teve que ir para o hospital, eu o carreguei nos braços ele tem 27 anos e lesionei a coluna, estou melhor agora mas se forço algo volta a dor, estamos numa situação critica, Arthur está com problemas para fazer xixi, que vez por outra o pênis cola a entrada que sai, ia operar  quando vendia empadas com o plano de saúde mas não podia com a pandemia, e perdemos o plano sem as vendas das empadas, os 50 mil que peço é para poder pagar o cartório  10 mil de cada que dá 30 , e 20 para voltar e ver se alugamos algo e deixo o imóvel na mão de uma corretora que conhecemos ou para vender ou antes que venda alugar, estou preso aqui com Arthur, não falo com ninguém do prédio, mas graças a Deus há pessoas lindas em toda parte e Pernambuco não é diferente, então o amor filtra qualquer desamor. Ajudem a estar com minha Esposa Jane novamente e Arthur a Mãe dele, que na sucessão dos dias a saudade vem batendo com tamanha força assim.
