Sou um homem trans e estou em busca de realizar o sonho de fazer a cirurgia de mastectomia, pois é um problema que me causa grande disforia de gênero. Já estou em transição há 3 anos, e preciso da ajuda de vocês para dar o próximo passo e conseguir realizar a cirurgia. Agradeço a todos que puderem me ajudar de qualquer forma.
