Saudações, foi criado uma vaquinha online para ajudar no tratamento Oncológico de Alexandre Gomes Izel (Xandão) que foi diagnosticado com Cancer Retal estagio IV com metástase em todos os orgãos vitais.

Segue abaixo, um resumo a respeito de sua situação. 

Alexandre, tem 34 anos, é solteiro onde viveu toda sua vida junto de sua mãe, no interior do Amazonas no município de Nova Olinda do Norte. No dia 06/09/2020, veio transferido do Hospital do município  para capital em voou de urgência, sentia fortes dores na região pélvica, ficou ate o dia 17 de Setembro no Pronto Socorro Platão onde realizou um exame de Colonoscopia que diagnosticou uma Neoplasia Avançada de Reto que infelizmente nos pegou de surpresa, pois sua irmã (Patricia Gomes Izel de 32 anos esta em remissão de um câncer no sistema linfático “Linfoma de Hodgkin Difuso de grandes  Celulas B estagio IIB” tratado em 2015 com quimioterapia na Fundação HEMOAM), no dia 18/09/2020 Alexandre foi encaminhado a Fundação Cecon (onde se trata pacientes oncológicos em Manaus), Alexandre já realizou os exames de imagens como a Tomografia de todo o corpo, Ressonância Magnética e a Imuno-histoquímica  com toda ajuda financeira que esta recebendo. Iria internar para realizar a primeira Cirurgia para colocação da bolsa de Colostomia no dia 7 de Outubro no entanto testou positivo para o Covid-19, estamos aguardando os 15 dia de isolamento para retornar no oncologista e reagendar a Cirurgia no entanto quando retornar já estaremos com todos os resultados de exames que já irá nos da uma direção de como vai ser seu tratamento, Uma das dificuldade que estamos enfrentando é a dificuldade financeira, pois quem passou ou passa por esse tratamento sabe que o custo é alto e constante, principalmente quando estamos fora da nossa cidade. Entretanto além do tratamento em si, ele necessita de vários itens complementares, como medicações especificas ,alimentação especial, cremes, fraldas descartáveis G, material de higiene e o transporte .  Deus está a frente de tudo e jamais nos abandona, nos vemos Seu agir em cada detalhe, em cada gesto da família, amigos, conhecidos e desconhecidos que o Alexandre esta  recebendo, tudo feito com Amor, dedicação por ele e sua família! Como Deus é amor e tem colocado no coração de muitos o desejo e disposição em ajudar, estendemos as nossas mãos e agradecemos de coração toda forma de amor e doação para essa causa! He was going to be hospitalized to perform the first Surgery for the placement of the Colostomy bag on October 7, however he tested positive for Covid-19, we are waiting for the 15 days of isolation to return to the oncologist and reschedule the Surgery. all the results of exams that will already give us a direction of how your treatment will be. One of the difficulties we are facing is the financial difficulty, because whoever has undergone or undergoes this treatment knows that the cost is high and constant, especially when we are outside our city. However, in addition to the treatment itself, it requires several complementary items, such as specific medications, special food, creams, disposable diapers G, hygiene material and transportation. God is in front of everything and never leaves us, we see Him acting in every detail, in every gesture of the family, friends, acquaintances and strangers that Alexandre is receiving, all done with Love, dedication for him and his family!
