Help the cat Berluh! - Ajudem o gato Berluh!

Hello my name is Michelle Pulido, and I'm desperate to save my cat called Berluh, he is 3 years old and he is suffering from an illness to his kidney. According to the vet there are 50/50% chances he will survive/won't survive, I have been covering the expenses for this last month but I can't no longer do it, I just need US$1500 to cover all the expenses for the medicine and probably a surgery he will need, and I can't no longer afford that. His state is very delicate and I just want to give him a chance to live. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you so very much.
