Tratamento para cirurgia cardíaca (Fontan)🫀
Meu nome é Amanda, sou a mãe da Rebecca Luna, a qual será a beneficiária dessa vaquinha, o objetivo dessa vaquinha é arrecadar inicialmente o dinheiro para custear os honorários advocatícios para dar entrada no processo judicial para tentar por meios legais a conseguir a cirurgia Fontan (cirurgia do coração) da minha filha no Hospital em SP.
A minha filha é portadora de uma cardiopatia congênita complexa cianogenica de hipofluxo pulmonar tipo Ventriculo Único.(isomerismo atrial direito + DSAV-t forma desbalanceada + Inversão ventricular +EPIV CID 10: Q205 +Q212 +Q205 +Q221), a mesma foi submetida a cirurgia de bi glenn (03/04/2023).Necessita acompanhamento cada 4/4m, pra avaliação de evolução durante período de desenvolvimento e crescimento e preparação pra Cirurgia cavo pulmonar total(Fontan).
O intuito desse processo é conseguir via liminar que ela seja atendida no hospital citado acima e realizar e cirurgia paliativa Fontan.

My name is Amanda, I am the mother of Rebecca Luna, who will be the beneficiary of this fundraising, the objective of this fundraising is to initially raise the money to cover the legal fees to start the legal process to try through legal means to obtain the Fontan surgery (heart surgery) of my daughter at Hospital Beneficiencia Portuguesa in SP. My daughter has a cyanogenic complex congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypoflow type Single Ventricle. (right atrial isomerism + AVSD-t unbalanced form + Ventricular inversion +EPIV ICD 10: Q205 +Q212 +Q205 +Q221), she underwent bi glenn surgery (04/03/2023). Requires follow-up every 4 months, to assess progress during the period of development and growth and preparation for total cavopulmonary surgery (Fontan). The purpose of this process is to obtain an injunction for her to be treated at the hospital mentioned above and to perform Fontan palliative surgery.
